We currently ship within the United States.
Processing time
Every tag is personalized for your pet, so orders are processed within 24–72 hours after payment.
Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: Free on orders of $25.00 or more.
Tracking
Tracking is included with every order. You'll receive your tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships.
Delays
Carrier delays can happen, especially during busy seasons or bad weather. They're outside our control, but if your order seems late, contact us and we'll help you track it down.
