1. Overview
This website is operated by NOMIS. By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Products and pricing
We work hard to display our products accurately, but colors may vary slightly by screen. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may cancel an order, for example because of a pricing or stock error, and if we do we will refund you in full.
3. Personalized products
Each NOMIS tag is programmed using the information you provide, such as your pet's name, your name, your phone number and, optionally, a photo of your pet. You are responsible for making sure this information is accurate.
If you upload a photo, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and that it doesn't break the law or anyone else's rights. We may decline or cancel an order that includes content we consider inappropriate, and we will refund you in full.
4. Your pet's page
When someone taps your NOMIS tag, they see a page that shows the information you provided. Anyone who taps the tag or has the link to that page can see it. We ask search engines not to list these pages, but we can't control every website or app.
You can ask us at any time to update or remove your pet's page by emailing nomiscontact7@gmail.com.
5. No guarantee of recovery
The NOMIS collar and tag are tools to help someone contact you if your pet is found. We can't guarantee that a lost pet will be found or returned, or that a finder will have a compatible phone. The tag is not a substitute for supervision, microchipping or any local pet licensing requirements.

7. Privacy
How we collect and use your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property
The NOMIS name, logo, website content and product designs belong to NOMIS. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOMIS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page, with the date above.
